How to promote entrepreneurship—the case of Israel (by Shlomo Maital)

On May 4th,Shlomo Maital, a senior researcher atthe S&T Department ofSamuel Niemann Advance Institute under Israel Institute of Technology gave an academic report entitled “how tocarry forward the entrepreneur spirit—by experiences from Israel” which was presided by Professor Chen Jin.

Shlomo Maital is a senior researcher and emeritus professor at theS&T Department ofSamuel Niemann Advance Institute under Israel Institute of Technology From 1988 to 2009, he was the director of TIM (Institute of Technology School of Business), a leading institute for management development in Israel. He was a visiting professor of MIT Sloan’s S&T management master’s program for summer classes, taught 1000 R&D engineers from 40 countries.ProfessorMaital co-authored 12 books includingScience and Technology,Global Risks/ Global Opportunities, Innovation Management, Managerial Economics, The Imagination Elevator and etc. which were translated into seven languages and distributed worldwide.
