On November 21st, Cheng Liping, associate professor of Institute of Finance of National Chiao Tung University(Hsingchu, Taiwan) gave an academic report entitled “Innovation Structuring and Measures for Industrial Transformation” and Professor Wu Guisheng, honorary director of the Center, presided the lecture and made wonderful comments.
Cheng Liping graduated from Northern Illinois University of America and received a PhD in economics. He is long engaged in research on Economics, Individual Economy, Game Theory and etc.
