China’s Innovation Strategy and State Policy based on National Conditions (by Chen Xiaohong)
On December 18th, Research Professor Chen Xiaohong, former director of the State Council's Development Research Center gave an academic report entitled “China’s Innovation Strategy and State Policy based on National Conditions” and Professor Chen Jin presided the lecture while GaoXudong, Li Jizhen, Wang Yi, Li Donghong and other teachers attended the forum.
From 2000 to 2014, Researcher Chen Xiaohong kept a position in the State Council's Development Research Center as director. He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, taught in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the State Council's Development Research Center and the Economics Department of Tokyo University of Japan and took on other positions like vice researcher, researcher, department director, deputy chief, vice director, director and etc. successively. He mainly engaged in research works related with such fields as the industrial economy and relevant policies, the technology economy, the enterprise management, the enterprise economy and etc. and his book won the Sun Yefang Economy Science Award.
