The Center organized and hosted 10successful sessions of the CICALICS(China`s Innovation Circles and Academy-a Network on Learning, Innovation and Competence Building Systems). CICALICS is the first national-level network of GLOBELIC Sand holds its international Academy and Workshop once a year in China which forms increasing international effects. The 10thSession of CICALICS Academy with the International Workshop was held during August 24th, 2014 to August 31st, 2014 jointly hosted by the Center, China Institute for Science and Technology Policy at Tsinghua University and the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC).
More than 50 doctoral students (including 8 foreigners) and scholars from Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Science, SDC, Seoul University of Korea, University of Southern Denmark and other schools and organizations attended the Youth Academy. More than 80 scholars and doctoral students from different countries and organizations participated into 8 academic exchanges on the theme of “Development of Emerging Economies Driven by Innovation”.
