International Journal of Innovation Studies is an international, interdisciplinary and peer-reviewed journal that seeks to advance our theoretical and managerial knowledge of innovation. It aims to provide a high-end platform for innovation researchers to generate new and exciting findings on the basics of innovation for human wellbeing (View Main Subjects Covered).

Aim & Scope

International Journal of Innovation Studies (IJIS) (ISSN 2096-2487, CN 10-1440/G3) is an international, interdisciplinary and peer-reviewed open access journal, which is sponsored by Science Press, and organized by Tsinghua University, with technical support of Elsevier’s ScienceDirect platform. We are pleased to inform you that IJIS has successfully launched its inaugural issue in March 2017. On behalf of Prof. Dr. Jin Chen, EiC of IJIS, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the editorial board members (View Editorial Board), advisors, and contributors who have been involved in getting this wonderful journal officially off the ground.

In the IJIS, we would like to invite interdisciplinary researchers from economics, sociology, management studies, psychology, etc. to put forth their insights on innovations, so as to promote the incorporation of a broad and heterogeneous mix of research activities, as well as the engagement in fruitful intercourse with social scientists from different disciplines and fields. IJIS invites scholars to look forward and to discuss future directions of innovation studies.

We have been lucky enough to receive excellent submissions from elite scholars all over the world. The first ever issue of IJIS is an attempt to develop a new and multiple perspectives on innovation, which includes six quality and interesting papers.

We would like to sincerely invite you to submit your outstanding full research paper or comprehensive review to the SIs. Submitted papers should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All the qualified manuscripts will be refereed through a fast-track rigorous review process and continuously published online as OA format as soon as accepted.
